Another incredible weekend of bodyboarding has wrapped up, and we're proud to have been part of the Future Pros 2026 Youth Festival at Duranbah Beach on Queensland's Gold Coast.
As a proud sponsor of the event, the Sun Zapper team spent the weekend meeting young athletes and their families, sharing plenty of colourful zinc, giveaways and sun protection while watching Australia's next generation of bodyboarders put on an incredible display.
Supporting the Next Generation
The Future Pros Youth Festival has quickly become one of Australia's premier junior bodyboarding events and forms part of the IBC World Tour Junior Men Rising Series. The event gives Australia's best emerging riders the opportunity to compete on the international stage while earning valuable ranking points towards qualification for the prestigious Gran Canaria Frontón King Junior Men Grand Final later this year.
Held at the world-famous Duranbah Beach, competitors enjoyed clean winter conditions across two action-packed days of competition, showcasing the incredible depth of young bodyboarding talent coming through Australia.
