Delivery in Australia
Delivery is free on orders over $90 anywhere in Australia. Under $90, you'll see the delivery cost at checkout before you pay.

We send orders with Australia Post. Parcel Post usually takes 2–41 business days within the same state and 3–6 business days interstate after dispatch. If Express Post is offered at checkout, it usually takes 1–3 business days, with next-business-day delivery between places in the Express Post network. Regional and remote areas can take longer. These are Australia Post's estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking
We'll email you when your order ships, with a tracking link.

International delivery
We send to many countries with Australia Post. International delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks, and you'll see the cost at checkout. We can't currently send to the USA. Your country may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives.

Lost or late parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for a while or your parcel hasn't arrived, email enquiries@sunzapper.com.au with your order number and we'll chase it with Australia Post.
