How to use
Give the bottle a shake, then spread a generous amount over dry skin before you head out and rub it in until you can't see it.
Reapply every two hours, and after swimming, sweating or towel drying. Keep it out of your eyes. Suitable for grown-ups and kids over 6 months.

No. It uses five other sunscreen filters for SPF 50+ very high protection. If you want zinc oxide, choose Extreme Zinc Lotion (20% zinc oxide) or Pure Zinc SPF 50.

Nothing is waterproof, sunscreen included. It's rated 4 hours water resistant. Still reapply every two hours, and after swimming, sweating or towel drying.
